WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades can give you boost in specific stats. Each upgrade increases the level of an item by +3. Each upgrade also increases the random substatus.

Upgraded gear generally sees greater value for trade regardless of whether it has low requirements (like the FB shield of the sorc) or a very high stat variance (like eth titan weapons). Upgrades aren't as valuable for the latter due to the need to roll an exact version.
