She wears a white scarf, a brown jacket, and dark green pants. She also wears an ao the vent, where Rambley informs them that it's Staff Only. However, when they spot Mollie running after the player through the vent they decide to go in. The door slams shut behind them as Mollie dives for the player, and then decapitates her in the process.

Later on in the game in the game, when the train's engine fails and the player is sent to repair it, they are confronted by an exhausted Mollie sitting against a wall, her eyes flickering and her voice jangling. She's no longer the jolly Mollie that used to appear at the park. Instead, she speaks in a mumble that is incomprehensible and has bloodstains all over her body. She is reminiscent of Unique Geese's fan-made Garten of Banban remake, Reincarnated. Her prototype model was also used in the first teaser trailer.
