What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

It takes time to upgrade an item. It could take as long as 8 hours, depending on thes at the maximum level for its tier or is close to it. This item upgrade allows you to upgrade the equipment to the next tier without the risk of it breaking.

If an upgrade fails the system will be returned to its original condition. This is usually a break, but can also be an upgrade. It is an excellent idea to save an upgrade for when you are close to the maximum capacity of an item, and use it as an emergency.

There are several items in the Kafra shop that can be used to boost the likelihood of a successful upgrade. For example upgrading an Best item upgrader of equipment with HD Oridecon or HD Elunium repeatedly will give you a higher chance of success. The success rate will also be enhanced if you boost the chance of getting a Double Mint by Shoe-Minting five times.

Failure Rate
